Asson Softwares sells digital products (WordPress/WooCommerce plugins). This policy explains how and when your products are delivered.
1. Digital delivery
All products are delivered digitally — there is no physical shipment. Immediately after your order is placed, a secure download link is shown on screen and emailed to the address you provided, along with your receipt.
2. Delivery time
Delivery is instant in most cases. If you do not receive your email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder, then contact support@asson.agency and we will resend your link promptly.
3. Accessing your downloads
Your downloads remain available from the links we email you, and from your account if you create one.
