These Terms govern your access to and use of this site and the plugins and services provided by Asson Softwares. By purchasing, downloading, or using our products you agree to these Terms.
1. Products & licence
When you purchase a plugin or an All-Access Pass, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to install and use it on your own websites and on websites you build and manage for clients, for the duration of your active licence. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our products as standalone files.
2. Updates & support
Each purchase includes updates and support for one (1) year. The All-Access Pass additionally includes new plugins released during your active term.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown on the site and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is collected securely through Shopify checkout, which accepts all major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed, and a receipt is emailed to you.
4. Delivery
Products are delivered digitally in accordance with our Delivery Policy.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to breach its security, or use our products for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual property
All products, branding, and content on this site remain the property of Asson Softwares.
